Diets that are too restrictive will almost always fail!

Restrictive Diets: Diets that eliminate entire food groups or severely restrict certain macronutrients can lead to cravings and a cycle of bingeing and guilt.
Lack of Sustainability: Diets that drastically change eating habits are often unsustainable OR EVeN UNHEALTHY, leading to ALMOST IMMEDITATE weight regain once the diet ends.
